Order Tracking & Shipping Information

How do I track my order?

All Vitanorix orders are shipped with their respective tracking numbers.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details so you can check its status anytime.

💡 Tip: Check your spam folder and whitelist the domain “vitanorix.com” to ensure you receive all order and tracking updates.

You can also look up your tracking number directly on our website.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as it’s received. If you need to update any order details, please reach out to us immediately via chat.

Depending on the time your order is placed, processing usually begins the same day or the next business day. Most orders are finalized for shipment within 12 hours of being placed, after which we’re unable to cancel or make changes.

While this happens in about 95% of cases, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends or North American public holidays are processed on the next business day.

What happens during order processing?

Here’s a quick look at what goes on behind the scenes when we process your order:

  1. Verifying Your Order – We confirm your order details and shipping address.

  2. Checking Inventory – We ensure your items are in stock.

  3. Processing Payment – Your payment is verified through our secure payment partners. Occasionally, an order may be flagged by a bank or fraud-prevention system to protect you.

  4. Picking & Packing – We carefully prepare your order for shipment.

  5. Creating Shipping Labels – Labels are printed and attached to your package.

  6. Shipping – Your order is handed over to the carrier for delivery. 🚚📦

Delivery Times (Contiguous U.S., Canada & Australia)

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over transit speed — though most deliveries arrive quickly.

We currently offer two shipping options:

1. Regular Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after processing.
Tracking is provided at every step.

📦 Note: Deliveries to Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) are considered international, so delivery times are similar to international shipping.

2. Expedited Shipping

(Not available for Australia or Canada)
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.

International Shipping (Outside the U.S., Canada, & Australia)

For destinations outside the contiguous United States, Canada, or Australia, delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks.

While we do not currently offer Express International Shipping, we’re actively working with our logistics partners to make this available in the future.

Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, the exact delivery date depends on the carrier and may vary due to customs clearance, traffic, weather, or local postal delays.

Some countries may be restricted due to import regulations or logistical challenges.

If My Parcel Is Delayed

We understand delays can be frustrating. Once your order is with the courier, we rely on them for final delivery. Significant delays are rare, but if your parcel appears to be missing, delayed, or returned to sender, please contact us via our website chat or Facebook Messenger.

Provide your order number, email address, and full name for faster assistance.

All emails are answered within 12 hours, though responses are often faster during business days.
Please avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue — doing so may trigger spam protection and delay our response.

Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

We want to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible! Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order — it’s your responsibility to provide accurate information.

If you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately via chat. We’ll do our best to update your details before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s been processed.

If your order has already been shipped, reshipments are at our discretion and may not always be possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under our Money-Back Guarantee.
Refunds apply only to the cost of the product purchased, not shipping.

Customs & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the United States, your local customs office may charge taxes or handling fees upon arrival. In some cases, these are included at checkout; in others, they must be paid upon delivery.

Customs offices can occasionally hold packages until duties are paid. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected costs or delays.

Vitanorix has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them, as rates vary by country.
Taxes, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to your local government.
